Power of Attorney

Power of Attorney

Do you have a Power of Attorney that needs to be authenticated/apostilled in a foreign country?

These documents required to first be notarized and then receive the proper authentication or apostille.

We are here to help and ensure that you get your power of attorney is authenticated correctly and on time.

If you are going to use your power of attorney in a Hague Convention country (hyperlink) then your document will require an apostille from the state in which the notary is licensed from.

For example, if your document was notarized by a Florida notary, it would require an apostille from Florida.

For Non-Hague Convention countries, your document will also require a federal and embassy level authentication.

An authentication is what an apostille for a non-hague convention is called.
